2. Kushina Uzumaki: As Naruto's mother and a member of the Uzumaki clan, she possesses the potential to become the host of the Nine-Tails.

Tobi releases the Nine-Tails from her body, causing her death. Losing the tailed beast leads to the host's demise, displaying Tobi's heartlessness.

3. Minato Namikaze: Also known as the Fourth Hokage, Minato is a talented and promising ninja. Despite his premature death at Tobi's hands, Minato demonstrates his exceptional skills by competing against powerful opponents.

4. Neji Hyuga: Neji, a prodigious ninja, masters advanced techniques at a young age.

He shines during the Chunin Exams but tragically dies while attempting to save Hinata and Naruto from Tobi's attack.

5. Biwako Sarutobi: Biwako, the wife of the Third Hokage, has limited screen time. She is killed by Tobi while assisting Kushina during Naruto's childbirth. Her vulnerability and the guarded situation allow Tobi to strike without resistance.
