1. Senjutsu: Kakashi is the grandson of the Second Hokage and therefore a direct descendant of the Hokage. Those associated with the Hokage can use Sage Mode, such as the First Hokage and Jiraiya. Despite having the Sharingan, Kakashi cannot use Senjutsu due to his low chakra level.
2. Amaterasu: Amaterasu is a dojutsu of the Mangekyou Sharingan, used by Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha. Kakashi, who has the Sharingan, cannot use it because he received Obito's eyes, which lack this ability.
3. Tsukuyomi: Tsukuyomi is a genjutsu ability of Itachi's Mangekyou Sharingan. Kakashi was once defeated by Itachi's Tsukuyomi, experiencing long periods of torture in a second. Tsukuyomi being a visual power, Kakashi cannot learn this technique.
4. Mokuton: Mokuton is the kekkei genkai of the First Hokage. Kakashi cannot use Mokuton, even though he possesses five chakra natures.
5. Rasenshuriken: Kakashi can use Rasengan, but prefers his lightning-style ninjutsu. Naruto invented Rasenshuriken, an advanced version of Rasengan, which Kakashi cannot master without extensive training.
