4. Inuzuka Kiba: Kiba has an affinity for ninja dogs and can transform into a canine form. His move Fang Over Fang is a powerful offensive technique.

5. Deidara: Deidara manipulates explosive clay into various forms infused with chakra. Despite its simple nature, he defeated Kazekage Gaara using this technique.
