Scorpion: 1. Scorpion's abilities are limited to the Jonin level and his puppetry skills don't significantly enhance his power. 2. Scorpion may have an advantage against Hidan due to his lack of vital organs, making it difficult for Hidan to draw blood for his immortality curse. However, relying solely on physical abilities against puppetry is challenging. 

Konan: 1. Konan's abilities exceed Scorpion's, as she defeated him when he joined the Akatsuki.

It's uncertain if Konan has grown stronger as well. 2. Konan's paper-based jutsu is versatile and functions as a bloodline limit. As long as her chakra is not depleted, she can defend against attacks, rendering Hidan ineffective. 

Suigetsu: 1. Suigetsu, a member of the Hozuki clan, can use water-style jutsu and turn his body into liquid, making him resistant to physical attacks. 2. Suigetsu's battle with Hidan would be difficult as Hidan's scythe may not harm Suigetsu, and his water-style jutsu would make it challenging for Hidan to use his curse technique.

Gaara: 1. Gaara's sand defense provides bug-level protection, making him immune to physical damage. However, it has limitations against overpowering opponents. 2. Gaara's defense failed against Deidara, but he has an advantage in taijutsu battles, evident in his fight against Rock Lee in the Chunin Exams. 

Pain: 1. Nagato controls Pain using the Rinnegan, a high-level puppetry technique that surpasses regular puppetry in range and power. 2. A battle with Hidan would heavily favor Pain, as his power far exceeds Hidan's. Even if Hidan could get close, he couldn't collect blood from Pain's modified parents.
