2. Sasuke, also a reincarnation, would be stronger than Naruto if resurrected. He retains all his powers and has unlimited chakra. The combination of his Amaterasu and the Indra's Arrow technique would make him nearly unstoppable.

3. The Fourth Hokage possesses half of the Nine-Tails' chakra, the Flying Raijin technique, and the Rasengan. Even with sage mode, he could be a formidable enemy. His teleportation and sealing jutsu could help him evade attacks from the Ten-Tails.

4. Obito may not have destructive techniques like the others, but his Kamui, a space-time ninjutsu, is his trump card. With dual Mangekyo Sharingan and unlimited chakra, he can become intangible and nearly unstoppable.

5. Kakashi is limited due to his lack of chakra, but with the Reanimation jutsu, his skills and intelligence make him formidable. With sufficient chakra, he could even match up against Kaguya.
