Uchiha Sasuke, known as a reincarnation of Indra, possesses the most powerful form of Susanoo. He has the standard Susanoo and the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, allowing him to achieve the Complete Body - Susanoo. This form enhances his strength, speed, and durability, making him formidable. 

Uchiha Madara, like Sasuke, wields the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and combines it with the power of the Ten-Tails.

Uchiha Itachi is famous for his mastery of genjutsu and Sharingan abilities. He can utilize a partial form known as the Susanoo's ribcage for defense. 

Uchiha Shisui had great potential to achieve the Complete Body - Susanoo due to his Sharingan prowess but never demonstrated it. Uchiha Obito possesses the Mangekyo Sharingan and later the Rinnegan, granting him the unique "Kamui Susanoo." This form provides incredible speed and the ability to phase through objects, making him nearly invincible. 

In summary, only a few Uchiha have shown the Complete Body - Susanoo, each having their own strengths, making them formidable opponents.
