1. Jiraiya: Jiraiya is one of Konoha Village's legendary Sannin and former strongest combat force. He once trapped Itachi Uchiha and Kisame with his ninjutsu, but Itachi broke his barrier with Amaterasu. Jiraiya countered with Fūka Hōin, becoming the first to break Amaterasu.

2. Madara Uchiha: Madara was Asura's transmigrant and the first to activate the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Even more powerful than Itachi, his Rinnegan abilities were formidable.

3. Obito Uchiha: Obito possesses space-time ninjutsu, allowing him to travel between spaces and make his body intangible freely. Amaterasu cannot harm him as he transfers his body to another space.

4. Nagato: Nagato has the Rinnegan transplanted by Madara and can use basic abilities like Shinra Tensei, which repels all things including Amaterasu's flames.

5. Naruto: Alongside his Rasengan and Shadow Clones, Naruto has the power of the Nine-Tails. When Sasuke used Amaterasu, Naruto used the Tailed Beast Mode to separate himself from the flames.
